- Educational Qualification: Applicant must have Graduation, B.A., B.Arch, B.S.S., B.Tech/B.E., LLB, Diploma, DNB, CA, M.Sc., P.I.C., M.V.Sc., M.Phil.

- For UR/EWS: 35 Years
- For OBC: 38 Years
- For SC/ST: 40 Years
- For PwBD: 45 Years

(a) a citizen of India, or
